We had 3-4 of those so far. Namely, on items we accepted offers. For example, we had a purse up for $125, someone 'offer us' $125. WebMay 7, 2024 · There is no info I can find, however, on official policy regarding how many unpaid item strikes a buyer can have before ebay actually takes action. I find the language on the new policy unclear - if I cancel the order because the buyer didn't pay under the new system, as opposed to opening an unpaid item case, does it still count against the buyer?
